Children Class Field Trip to Mt Laurel

Today was a very hot day! But, despite the heat we had a great time with about 8 children ready to get their pictures taken. We went to Mt. Laurel in Birmingham and it was a very pretty little town. It had cobblestone walls where all the shops are located and then where we were photographing the children was out in front of the Fire Station, which had a Big Red Door and some rocking chairs out front which made for a great background! This 'town' was definitely the more upscale area where they have their own shops, fire station, library, and school, etc. in their neighborhood. Our Children & Infant class is a large class with about 15 people, and when you have that many photographers plus the kids and their parents.... it can make for a difficult session to shoot. But, I think I did manage to get some pretty decent shots of the children. Here are some from that session. Enjoy!  ~Liz

He was very well behaved and super friendly to everyone, despite there being so many people there, and with cameras at that!!
If you ever need a second shooter.... call me!!  I'd love to help you. Yeah I know... I'm in Wetumpka, but I think it would be worth my time to help out someone who is passionate about photography like I am. You're great so start charging!!
